Recruitment Officer London\n\nA law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor.\n\nThis role is initially on a 12 month FTC. There could be the potential for this to be extended on made long term in 2027 (TBC).\n\nThis is a dual role – you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR duties (25%). This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.\n\nOn the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.\n\nDuties will include: screening and interviewing candidates, advertising jobs, interview coordination, liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders, offer management, employment screening.\n\nA heavy proportion of your day to day role will involve speaking with prospective candidates via MS Teams – interviewing experience is preferred.\n\nThe start date is summer 2026.

The salary range is c.£40,000-£50,000.\n\nThis is a hybrid role based in central London – office attendance is required x2 per week.\n\nYou will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support.\n\nExperience required\n\n 1. Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency\n\n 2. Previous experience interviewing candidates\n\n 3.

Some HR experience (any capacity)\n\n 4. Professional service experience – desirable
