This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.SummaryBaxter Thetford are looking for a process Quality Assurance Engineer to support the production and release of pharmaceutical products and medical devices at the site.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for governance of the NCR, CAPA and Change Control processesAccountable for site Quality KPIs relating to NCR, CAPA and Change Control. Ensure NCR / CAPA timeliness and quality requirements are metEnsuring weekly and monthly reviews for NCR, CAPA and Change Control are completed with both internal and external key stakeholdersSupport Quality Engineering and Operations teams on the execution of timely and robust NCR investigations and associated CAPA actions, as requiredEnsure continuous compliance of plant operations to GMP, local procedural requirements and Corporate policiesDrive proactive identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in Quality and Manufacturing operationsSupport Risk Management System activitiesPerform QA review/ approval of NCR, CAPA and Change Control activitiesEnsure timely completion of all Quality System commitmentsEnsure timely communication of GMP and or product quality issues to QA ManagementComply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirementsParticipate in both internal and external auditsQualifications Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or other relevant life scienceQP desired, but not required however training for this qualification will be considered and supported through the plant.Uncompromising dedication to QualityPersonal accountability for results and integrityTeam Leader and MentorFocus on rapid and disciplined actionCritical thinking and problem solvingDealing with ambiguityIntegrity and trustWork ethicCollaboration and teamwork#IND-UKOPSReasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
