Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people. More about your roleAs one of our Property Managers you will provide first line support to all our customers consisting of tenants, clients, contractors and other external parties whilst working closely with our internal teams, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and effectively. You will form part of our managing properties team, responsible for handling maintenance queries, serving notices when required to tenants and helping our properties attract the maximum rental. Our customers are the reason we exist, therefore you will provide an excellent standard of customer service ensuring our tenants and property owners are happy, whilst maintaining professionalism and working to our company and statutory regulations.This role has been evaluated to suit a 'hybrid' working pattern for a trial period whereby there will be the opportunity to work from home for some days each week if preferredFor more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youOur business is constantly growing, this role is due to an internal promotion and therefore we need you to be able to demonstrate your organisational skills and teamwork experience.
