More about your roleYou will join a small close knit team that boasts a strong work ethic and are known for their friendly approach. As one of our Credit Control Administrators you will maintain rent accounts, chase payments and arrears across all client portfolios within the business area. You will provide a first class customer service experience, whilst also ensuring that SLA's are met, whilst complying with client, company and statutory regulations. Experience working within an office based customer service role would be beneficial, but more importantly we want you to be able to think on your feet and be solution focused.
